trail work
BTCEB Today

We maintain trails, we patrol them and we ride them responsibly. We educate riders, we advocate for them and collaborate with others on their behalf. We plan and work strategically for more singletrack. You can have a major impact on advancing all aspects of mountain biking throughout Contra Costa and Alameda counties.

On The Trails

If you can hammer a nail, pound a post, shovel dirt, roll rocks, lay down water bars, rake dirt, you have what it takes to make a difference.

meetingIn The Meeting Room

If you can write a letter, make a telephone call, attend a local park district meeting, speak your mind, support the trail community, you have what it takes to make a contribution.

A Variety Of Ways To Help

You can promote trail-user awareness and safety through the Bike Patrol; Expand trail access through vocal community involvement; Provide one-on-one, fun, outdoor activities for kids in need; Keep trails clear and useable for everyone; Promote favorable multi-user and park administrator views, of the mountain biking community.

Community Involvement

YBMAWonderful programs such as Youth Mountain Bike Adventures give you the opportunity to get out and ride, and provide one-on-one attention to a kid in need. Help your community by being a positive role model for a day. When you join BTCEB, you are joining a member club of IMBA, the International Mountain Bike Association, helping build a brighter future for mountain bike enthusiasts everywhere!
